AI systems that run themselves.

I'm Wyatt Case. I build the AI automation that runs your business — agents, knowledge bases, scrapers, the works — and install it on a machine you own outright. The hardware and the code are yours to keep. You pay once, and you never rent your operations back from a software vendor again.

What I do

Six ways I can move your roadmap forward.

LLM Wikis & Knowledge Bases

I turn your scattered docs and tribal knowledge into a structured markdown wiki your AI reads directly — cheaper than a vector/RAG stack, more accurate than chunk-and-pray retrieval, and kept current by a recursive agent that researches, cites its sources, critiques its own gaps, and improves itself on a schedule.

  • Markdown wikis as LLM context — no vector bill
  • Cited, hallucination-resistant answers
  • Recursive self-improvement loops keep it fresh

Autonomous & Agentic Systems

Agents that research, monitor, and produce work while you sleep — running 24/7 on dedicated hardware instead of racking up a cloud bill every time they think.

  • Recursive research loops
  • Scheduled, unattended runs
  • Human-in-the-loop review queues

Web Scraping & Data Pipelines

The data you need, pulled at scale, cleaned, deduped, and delivered on schedule — from a one-off dataset to an always-on monitor that never forgets to run.

  • Resilient, anti-brittle scrapers
  • Structured + deduped output
  • Recurring delivery on cron

Full-Stack Product Builds

Your idea, live in production — Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase/Postgres, auth, payments, the works. Days to a real product, not months to a status update.

  • Next.js 16 + Supabase
  • Auth, payments, dashboards
  • Shipped to production fast

AI Feature Integration

RAG, structured output, and tool-calling added to the product you already have — minus the hallucinations and the runaway token bill that scare most teams off.

  • Structured output & tool use
  • Cost & latency control
  • Eval-backed reliability

Programmatic SEO

Hundreds of fast, static pages generated from your data — built to rank and convert, capturing demand on autopilot instead of looking like spam.

  • Data-driven page generation
  • Static rendering at scale
  • Clean internal linking
Own it · don't rent it

Own the machine. Own the code. Pay once.

I build your business's AI automation onto a Mac that's yours to keep — set up, dialed in, and running 24/7. The hardware and the code are yours outright. No monthly fee, no platform lock-in, no renting your own operations back from a vendor who can change the deal whenever they want.

The On-Prem AI Vault
$35,000

For operations whose data can't live on someone else's cloud — legal, medical, finance, IP-heavy, or just privacy-serious. A top-spec Mac Studio with up to 512GB of unified memory, configured to run large AI models fully on-premise. Nothing leaves your building. No cloud bills, no usage meters — a private, client-owned AI server that's yours forever.

  • Everything in the Build, on frontier-grade local hardware
  • Large models running fully local — total data sovereignty
  • Zero cloud inference bills; pays for itself against heavy cloud spend
  • Privacy & security configuration, plus priority support

The 90-Day Own-Your-AI Build
A done-for-you AI system on a Mac you own outright — hardware billed separately, at cost.
$5,000one-time · paid in 3 milestones, never monthly
  • A done-for-you automation build, custom to your workflow — not a template
  • Your dedicated Mac configured end to end — you own it, sourced at cost with no markup
  • The complete codebase, documented in plain English so any developer can maintain it
  • A walkthrough video of every automation: what it does and how to tweak it
  • A roadmap of the next highest-leverage things in your business worth automating
  • A business-specific prompt & template library, tuned to your operation
  • 30 days of post-handoff support included — I remote in over Tailscale, free
  • Zero lock-in by design: export everything, no clawback, no kill switch
01
Kickoff — $2,000

Locks your build slot. We scope the highest-leverage automations and I architect the system. Your Mac is ordered at cost, or bring your own.

02
Go-live — $1,500

Your first automation is live and earning its keep — usually inside 14 days. You don't pay this until you've watched it work.

03
Handoff — $1,500

Fully dialed in. I hand you the machine and the documented code and walk you through all of it. After this you owe nothing — ever.

🛡️Work-until-it-works: if your system isn't live and doing the job we agreed on by the end of the 90 days, I keep building — at no extra cost — until it is.
🔓You own it. If you ever walk, you keep the Mac and the code — no clawback, no kill switch, no holding your business hostage.

Two things sit outside the build fee, both at cost with no markup: the Mac itself (yours to keep — I source and configure it, or bring your own) and metered AI usage paid straight to the model provider, with a cap you control. Neither is a subscription.

Support — packs, not a leash

When the build is done, you don't need me. But if you want changes, new automations, or a hand when something breaks, support is there — bought in blocks, never billed monthly.

Per-incident$150

Pay only when something needs fixing.

Support Pack$500

A prepaid block of help, good for a year. Top up anytime.

Support is a service you choose, not a meter that runs whether you use it or not. No monthly bill, no auto-renew. That's the whole point.

How I work

Clear scope, fast shipping, clean handoff.

01

Scope

A short call to pin down the outcome, the constraints, and exactly what 'done' looks like. No 50-page spec.

02

Architect

I design the system before writing code — data model, interfaces, and failure modes — so it survives contact with reality.

03

Ship

Working software fast, deployed to production. You get something real in days, not a status update in weeks.

04

Iterate & hand off

Tight feedback loops, then a clean handoff — documented, deployed, and built to keep running after I'm gone.

About

I'm a solo founder and engineer. I've designed and shipped a dozen production systems across real estate, fintech, and AI — most of them alone, from blank repo to live product.

I stay at the frontier of AI tooling and build the things most teams consider too ambitious: recursive research agents, self-updating knowledge bases, computer-vision pipelines. The same toolkit that runs my own companies is what I bring to client work — which means you get systems that are efficient, polished, and built to run with minimal human intervention.

If you have a problem that sounds hard, that's usually a good sign we should talk.

Have something ambitious to build?

Tell me the outcome you're after. I'll tell you whether I can build it, how, and how fast.
